URGENT: VOLUNTEERS required for Learn To Skate Program

ATTENTION BARRIE AND DISTRICT RINGETTE ASSOCIATION MEMBERS

Your help is requested in our Learn To Skate Program on Monday evenings. Our older Ringette players who use to assist cannot help this year due to practice time at same time.

When: Mondays from 5 to 6 and/or 6 to 7

Where: Allandale Recreation Centre

Within this program we have girls and boys who have never been on skates or ice. They require one on one attention. You would assist them standing/walking/sliding and having fun. The program is already put together--you just need to come out with your skates to help that young person learn to skate.

As they progress they will move up within the program requiring less attention.

If you are a parent who has a U8 aged child on the ice and can help at the other end it would be greatly appreciated.

No talent is needed--just a positive attitude and skates.
