As we wrap up the year, we wanted to share a quick reminder that voucher book ticket stubs were originally due by December 31. We recognize how busy the holidays can be, and as we have not yet received many returns, we have extended the drop-off deadline to January 16, 2026.Any vouchers can be placed in the box at Allandale Red Rink on our locker or in the box located at the Stroud arena by the canteen. House league players can give voucher stubs to coaches in an envelope, and they will be arranged to be picked up by a Board Member.
This will allow us to proceed with the ticket draw on Sunday January 18, 2026, at the Stroud Arena after the U12B game. This will be streamed on the Barrie Facebook account for those not at the arena that night.
We would also like to gently remind families that, regardless of whether tickets were sold or entered into the draw, there is a $100 voucher book fee per family. Any tickets not returned and paid for by the extended deadline may result in the member being considered not in good standing, which is treated the same as having unpaid registration.
What does this mean?
Outstanding fees must be resolved before a player can register for the next season
Player releases cannot be granted, and Provincial/Regional tournaments cannot be attended until accounts are brought up to date
How to check your account balance:
To see if you have any outstanding fees, please log in to your RAMP registration account. In the top right corner, click the three lines (menu) and select “My Dashboard.” Your account balance will be displayed there if any amount is owing.
We truly appreciate everyone’s cooperation and understanding. If you have already submitted your ticket stubs and payment, thank you very much.
If you have any questions or need clarification, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
